FAQs

      Like our food our hygiene standards are first class. Our kitchen is a high spec, purpose built, professional standalone unit, it is not part of a pub, restaurant, hotel, function venue or home. It is a clinical and spotless environment and the efficient spacious layout enables us to ensure the safety of our chefs by implementing social distancing at all times. All our staff are also provided with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

  • Contact-free delivery: We’ve introduced contact-free pick up and delivery which means drivers can work without coming into direct contact with kitchen staff or customers, always adhering to the 2m distancing rule
  • We provide access to soap and water and hand sanitising gel both in our kitchen and in our delivery vans

You can place an order between 6am and 10pm seven days a week. Delivery hours are from 10am  – 8pm, seven days a week. This includes Bank Holidays but does exclude Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Please place your order no later than 24 hours in advance.

We charge a £25 min order charge per delivery. 

We deliver to Herts, Beds, Bucks, North London and beyond! free delivery within 12 miles of LU5, £1 per mile thereafter.

Food will be delivered hot and ready to eat immediately!  Or can be reheated at your leisure.

Rather than place icons all over our menu, we prefer to talk directly to you about what your allergies are and your dietary requirements. 

Our meals are prepared and made with fresh ingredients enabling us to tailor the recipe to your requirements.  There are nuts and peanuts in our kitchen; whole, chopped, oils but we ensure there is never any cross contamination (the same for Vegan and Vegetarian dishes).  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the presence of nuts in bought in products like chocolate, bread rolls etc

We understand the need for gluten and dairy free dishes too and we’re more than happy to discuss meal options with you. 

Payment can be made over the phone and we accept all major credit cards.

This is discretionary but if you do, our tips are shared between the driver, the chef and our friendly phone operators.

We sincerely hope that your order is spot on but we understand that there will be times when things may go wrong.  Please call us immediately and permit us to deal with your issue at that moment.

No problem, we would need 6 hours notice for a cancellation to your order.
